What happens when I hit my plan limits?
You'll see a clear prompt to upgrade. Nothing breaks — you just can't add more members, teams, or storage until you move to the next tier.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing saves you 17%. You can switch at any time from your account settings.
Do I need a different plan for my organization vs. my team?
No. Every plan works the same whether you're a solo coach, a single team, or a full organization. You just get more capacity as you scale.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No contracts. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime. Annual plans are billed upfront with a 17% discount.
